While we can provide initial advice, most private medical insurers require a formal GP referral before they will cover your consultation. If you are self-funding, a referral is still highly recommended so our consultants have access to your full medical history.

Most blood and urine results are available within 24–48 hours. Biopsy or complex scan results may take 5–7 days. Your consultant will discuss the best way to receive these—either via a follow-up appointment or a secure phone/video call.

We are fee-assured with most major providers. Once a procedure is recommended, we will provide you with the specific CCSD code. You will need to provide this to your insurer to receive an authorisation number before your surgery.

You will receive an immediate confirmation email with the date, time, and location of your appointment. Our administrative team will then follow up if any pre-consultation forms or GP referral letters are required.

Please bring your referral letter (if not already sent), a list of current medications, and any recent scan results on a CD or USB. We also recommend arriving with a comfortably full bladder, as you may be asked to perform a urinary flow test during your visit.

Often, yes. To provide a fast diagnosis, we may perform a urinary flow test or an ultrasound during your visit. If you are coming for a urinary issue, please arrive with a comfortably full bladder.
