Your pathway depends on how you pay. Choose your route below to see exactly what happens, from your first appointment through to how your care is settled.
Using your private insurance
From insurer approval through to how your treatment is invoiced.
01
Know you need a specialist
You know you need to see a urological or oncological specialist, or you have been referred by your GP or another doctor.
02
Check cover and get approval
Check with your insurer that you are covered and get approval to see the specialist. They will give you an authorisation number and confirm what is covered.
03
Schedule your appointment
Book your appointment using the booking section on this website, ready with your membership and authorisation details.
04
Share any prior results
If you have had scans elsewhere, or there are test results or medical information we should know about, tell us in advance so we can make sure they are available for your appointment.
05
See your specialist
Meet your specialist, discuss your care, and agree a plan for your treatment.
06
We invoice your insurer
Your specialist invoices the insurance company directly. If there is a shortfall or co-payment, you will receive a separate invoice for that portion only.
