Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?

While we can provide initial advice, most private medical insurers require a formal GP referral before they will cover your consultation. If you are self-funding, a referral is still highly recommended so our consultants have access to your full medical history.

Do you offer "Self-Pay" packages?

es. For patients without private medical insurance, we provide fixed-price packages for many of our diagnostic tests and surgical procedures (such as HoLEP or Vasectomy). Please refer to the Fees Page for current rates.

How and when will I receive my test results?

Most blood and urine results are available within 24–48 hours. Biopsy or complex scan results may take 5–7 days. Your consultant will discuss the best way to receive these—either via a follow-up appointment or a secure phone/video call.

How are surgical fees handled if I have insurance?

We are fee-assured with most major providers. Once a procedure is recommended, we will provide you with the specific CCSD code. You will need to provide this to your insurer to receive an authorisation number before your surgery.

You will receive an immediate confirmation email with the date, time, and location of your appointment. Our administrative team will then follow up if any pre-consultation forms or GP referral letters are required.
